How it starts:

Fill out the private itinerary inquiry contact form below. Be as specific as possible about where you want to go and for how long.
We will contact you within 48 hours to get the ball rolling .
Meet to discuss your adventure in more detail (via email, phone or video call).

Package 1: Itineraries ONLY

Package 2: Itineraries with specialized recommendations.

Package 3: Itineraries with local favorites, tailored accommodations, planning and booking.

How it goes:

Sign the agreement, and pay the deposit. Deposits are typically equal to 2 trip days and will be agreed upon during your consultation. (Package 1 payment is due in full prior to receiving first draft itineraries.)
We create approximately 3 itineraries and send them to you for your review.
Choose the itinerary outline you like best.

How it works:

Adjust the itinerary to your liking with the help of your personal adventure planner. (If you chose package 2 you will receive your finalized itinerary and pay your remaining balance at this point).
Choose the specifics (Hotels, guides, restaurants, activities) and we'll work them strategically into your itinerary.
Pay the remaining balance, and receive your finalized itinerary and booking confirmations! Our goal is to have a finalized itinerary within 3 weeks of your initial contact.

**We provide a personalized packet with fun tips and detailed descriptions about your adventure, a packing list, and other surprises with your finalized Package 3 itinerary.

Itineraries ONLY

We provide the itineraries, yes thats right you get more than just 1!

And, you research the specifics and book everything yourself

*Prices starting at $200 per 1-week adventure up to $500 for 2-3 week adventures. Package 1 one-time fee is due in full upfront.

PACKAGE TWO - THE GOODIES

We provide the itineraries and some additional recommendations for our favorite local accommodations, restaurants, scenic drives, hiking trails, and activities. You still get to plan the specifics and book your choices!

*Prices typically range from $750-$1,000 per trip depending on duration and complexity.

PACKAGE THREE - NOTHING BUT THE BEST

Itineraries with specialty planning and booking!

We research, plan, strategize, and book everything for you!

Personalized down to the micro-detail. Want a bouquet of lilies in your room upon arrival? Need a driver that speaks Portuguese? Want to incorporate a home-stay on your travels? No problem!!

This package gives you everything and anything you desire to make your adventure extraordinary! Get access to all our favorite local restaurants, once-in-a-lifetime activities, secret beaches, and more!

*Prices starting at $175 per trip day increasing with duration and complexity, up to $400 per trip day.
